Deliveries

 We offer two time slots when it comes to shipping:

8am-12pm and 9am-6pm

Due to temperatures and environments throughout the year, it is not always an option to leave them safely on a front porch. If our team feels that the flowers could be damaged when waiting for their owner, we have the right to contact the recipient prior to the delivery and make sure they will be home. We ask that our customers use these time slots to ask when the recipient will be home, at work, etc.. If the recipient does not answer the door and we feel the flowers are safe on their front porch we will leave them there and contact the customer and or the recipient. We will not redeliver under any circumstance (unless the purchaser pays for delivery twice) as it is the customers responsibility to know when the recipient will be home. We hope that occasions like this are rare and flowers are delivered safety to their happy home and owners!

​It is store policy that we will not deliver anything if there is an unleashed dog outside while delivering. We will remain inside of our vehicle and contact the recipient. The safety of our delivery drivers is the most important so thank you for your understanding!

Tuesday: 9:30AM-5:00PM 

Wednesday: 9:30AM-5:00PM 

Thursday: 9:30AM-5:00PM 

Friday: 9:30AM-5:00PM 

Saturday: 9:00AM-12:00PM 

Sunday: Closed 

We are not open to the public on Sundays but we will deliver for certain funeral occasions and major holidays (such as Mothers Day).

Specific Product

If you have a specific and special type of flower or design in mind, that's great! Give us a call at 937-653-2355 and we can order in your flowers (depending on if it's in season). All we ask is that you give us at least 1-2 business days in advance. However, it's still not guaranteed that we can order your product in but we will keep you updated throughout the process.

Substitution Policy

Due to what is in season and available in store, we may have to substitute flowers within your order to equal or greater value. However, we do our very best to make sure the color scheme remains the same.
